I'm Lakshmi Prasanna, a Ph.D Recepient, Six Sigma Certified Advanced Trainer, and currently the Program Manager for Center Of Talent Development at Woxsen University. I strongly believe in Excellence through Leadership, Strategic Management and the power of Transformative Learning Experiences.

I have been an avid academic researcher and educator for the past 20+ years, from 2006 when I started part-time teaching in 2006. Soon after my debut into education, I took a leap into management and administration. I have worked in schools before, but I truly transformed my career towards higher education when I joined Woxsen University back in 2024. Since then, I have actively pioneered into transforming students into leaders and change makers.
